Historical Commission
The Historical Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The Historical Commission continually gathers information on a number of historical fronts including schools, mill sites, cemeteries, Indian lore, and more. We sincerely hope that anyone finding old pictures, diaries, newspaper articles or memorabilia relating to our history will share their finds with us. It is amazing what we can learn from the most innocuous items. If it’s old it’s worthy of attention!
